BOOSTGOV was founded based on our passion for back office support. Our mission is to support government agencies by assisting in strengthening back office operations, allowing agencies to focus on their critical missions. We believe that if operations are strong, it gives organizations the ability to focus on the services they are providing to the public. BOOSTGOV is lead by Stephanie Alexander, an experienced government contracting executive with a proven ability for helping organizations thrive.

Back office operations is our specialty and we help government agencies to increase efficiency, streamline operations, be cost efficient and productive. With a strong back office as the core, government agencies can focus on effectively providing their needed services.
Because BOOSTGOV has the ability to leverage the experience of our commercial business, we can provide a great depth of services with the back office infrastructure to support contract wins, quickly onboard employees and utilize DCAA compliant accounting practices. Our employees and consultants, many with advanced degrees, have years of experience working in government contracting. In addition to government contracting experience, we hire people with the desire to get work done. We want to help our government clients work towards their mission, be efficient and utilize limited funds to get the highest productivity.
